Saguaro Medical Transport provides non-emergency medical transportation services directly to patients. Through the Site, you can request and schedule rides provided by Saguaro Medical Transport. All transportation services, including vehicle operation, scheduling, and customer support, are managed and delivered by Saguaro Medical Transport.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
User Accounts and Registration

Payment and Refunds

- Refunds, cancellations, and modifications to bookings are governed by Saguaro Medical Transport’s policies. If you are dissatisfied with a service provided, please contact us directly.
- In cases where a refund or credit is issued, it will be processed at our sole discretion in accordance with our refund policy and applicable laws.
Cancellations
- You may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
- Cancellation fees or penalties may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy.
- In the event of a cancellation initiated by Saguaro Medical Transport, you will be notified and provided with available options for rescheduling or refund, as applicable.
Intellectual Property
